Caver® Silver Alginate Catheter Dressing

Caver® Silver Alginate Catheter Dressing is a slit, circular-shaped, sterile dressing consists of 2 layers: an absorbent polyurethane form layer which helps in absorption of wound exudate and an ionic silver alginate matrix which has broad spectrum antimicrobial effectiveness to prevents contamination from external bacteria. Caver® is indicated for management of wounds caused by the use of vascular and non-vascular percutaneous medical devices such as peripheral IV catheters, central venous catheters, arterial catheters, access port catheters, peripherally inserted coronary catheters, dialysis catheters, epidural catheters, suprapubic catheters, chest tubes, gastrostomy feeding tubes, external fixators and others.
